Location: Solon, Ohio (onsite Tues, Weds, Thurs. WFH Mon & Fri)
Company: Fortune 100 food & beverage manufacturer (FuseGlobal has been partnering with this company for 20 years)
Initial term: 12 months (position expected to run longer)
Description:
The Finance Analyst Associate will be responsible for actively managing trade related deductions / claims and activities related to trade deductions / claims for the business. In this role you will be completing actions to clear exceptions related to trade deductions/claims, while driving change within our customer base to improve accuracy of deductions/claims.
Key Objectives:
- Bring transparency to deductions and achieve goals of improvements in customer behavior around deduction process. Work directly with the sales and sales finance co-pilots to drive change and action.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate across multiple functions throughout the organization to promote alignment to get results.
- Plan, prioritize, and lead your workload in an environment of significant priorities to support and guide timely and sound business decisions.
- Act as a driver behind sales involvement within Exceedra.
- Work with all customers who are not compliant with deduction/payment process, Contract ID, format, Claimant, ineligible items, etc.
- Complete updates in Exceedra for pending claims.
- Act as a guide and support for the sales team.
- Drive backup of deduction for management within TPM system.
This role provides opportunities to lead projects and think strategically while dealing with business complexity.
Experience:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, required
- Work experience in accounting, financial or sales trade analysis
- Excel experience
