We re seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to join our team and support the efficient operation of our Infor XA ERP system, ensuring it aligns with our internal and external business needs.
Position Summary:
The ERP Systems Analyst will analyze, design, and support our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Infor XA & integrated systems. This role involves collaborating with process owners to understand requirements, identify system improvements, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, a technical background in ERP systems, and a commitment to driving efficiencies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to understand and document business needs, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements or upgrades.
- ERP Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and customize ERP modules to support business functions. Manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
- Project Leadership and Implementation: Lead ERP-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards. Analyze data to support business decisions and provide insights into key performance metrics.
- User Training & Support: Develop materials and conduct end-user training sessions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system users.
- System Security & Compliance: Ensure ERP system security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Implement best practices for data security and privacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience as an ERP Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with Infor XA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP certification is a plus (Infor XA/Birst/IDF).
- Experience in supporting day-to-day stakeholder requirements.
- Manufacturing process support.
- Familiarity with system integration, middleware, and API connections.
