Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (FE Heavy) for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Rockville, MD.
This position is 100% Remote.
Responsibilities :
- produce software/products in agile software development environment.
- collaboratively work with stake holders, developers, testers, etc.
- deliver software with regular cadence.
- though your focus is on front-end development, you'll contribute to developing backend services in Java.
- help users/customers get the most out of the software delivered.
- write code that not only works as specified but is a pleasure to read.
- be a self-starter and relentlessly drive toward working products that make our customers productive.
Required Skills:
- at least 7 years of building webapps
- significant experience with web technologies such HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- significant experience developing SPAs in frameworks such as ReactJS.
- demonstrable expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- experience leveraging functional programming.
- experience with Java frameworks - eg. Springboot, Hibernate, etc.
- experience leveraging AWS technologies
- BS in CompSci or a STEM field, or demonstrable understanding of CS concepts - ex. data structures and algorithms.
