Position Overview: The Consumer & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive consumer marketing programs across media channels and consumer touch points. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovative marketing and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and drive consumer engagement across all platforms and formats.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and results to help grow our brands.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, and engage with audiences to build brand loyalty and community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, optimize and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, sales, graphics and customer service teams as well as manage external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with overall business goals.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Brand Advocacy: Champion brand voice and values across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing consumer marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and marketing automation platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
