Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Brand Manager for our skincare line. Your main responsibility will be to lead our digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website operations, influencer partnerships, and eCommerce strategies.
As an integral member of our team, you will develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand recognition, engaging our target audience, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have experience with skincare products, a passion for makeup, and a solid understanding of current trends. Previous experience in production support for skincare or makeup, along with collaboration with manufacturers for sample testing, is essential. You should also have a track record of bringing new product concepts from ideation to market.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive product development strategies that align with market trends.
Lead the planning and development of new product concepts from ideation to launch.
Develop pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profit margins.
Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance financial outcomes.
Create and maintain detailed project timelines for product launches.
Ensure adherence to deadlines through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Establish and maintain strong communication with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) in Korea and China.
Craft compelling product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials.
Work with marketing and sales teams to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in production support within the skincare or makeup industries, along with experience in collaborating with manufacturers for sample testing. Additionally, proficiency in developing new product concepts from ideation to launch is essential.
