We are looking for an experienced lead generation marketer, who has experience using HubSpot and ideally ABM tools. The marketing manager will build campaign activity focusing key segments to drive leads for the sales team. This includes planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, such as emails, webinars, social, paid online advertising, to nurture prospects through the funnel to deliver MQLs. This is a hands-on role in a small busy team, so the manager will draft emails and landing pages, support data, as well as planning and reporting. The manager will be a great communicator, detail-oriented, and a highly organized person with the ability to multi-task across various demand generation marketing campaigns and drive data outputs.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in North America. The Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the marketing lead generation funnel
- Own and report on marketing campaigns
- Develop targeted prospect nurturing campaigns across channels, including web, email, social, paid-digital advertising, webinar, outbound calls, etc
- Manage campaigns to support events
- Utilize marketing systems, HubSpot, ABM platform, to deliver MQLs
- Develop digital tools for lead generation and tracking campaign and program performance
- Support SDR messaging and support
- Manage and mentor members of the marketing team
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant demand generation professional marketing experience in a B2B role, some technology, public sector preferred but not essential
- Ability to successfully manage lead generation
- Track record of collaborating with other team members as well as autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with requirement to write copy and support basic design-work in Canva and email creation tools
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities
- Extremely detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Experience in managing data and marketing analytics
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation and project planning software

- Pay Range: $65k-$80k annual salary (Boston, MA)
- Salary will be adjusted based on geographic location
