Senior MS Teams Voice Network Integrator
Job Description:
Qualified Senior MS Teams Voice/Collaboration Network Integrator: Possesses technical knowledge and skill in using MS Teams Collaboration applications. Experienced in the integration and operational network/voice environment utilizing high-level functional voice systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies of complex solutions. Designs and prepares technical reports, data bases, studies, and related documentation, makes charts and graphs to record results. Has in-depth knowledge of security requirements for deploying hybrid voice solutions in the field. Experience configuring MS Teams, Avaya and Cisco Voice, Cisco Routers, Switches and Session Border Controllers to predefined standards in a voice environment. Expert level skills in developing and integrating VOIP, digital and cloud-based voice solutions. In-depth knowledge of MS Teams, Teams Admin Center and Direct Route implementations, Cisco s Unified Communications Product line such as Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection and collaboration applications, features and services (e.g. Webex Meetings Server, CUACA, etc), and Avaya Voice product line.
Travel: Available to travel worldwide (OCONUS) - Approximately 10%
Experience Requirements:
Five years of intensive and progressive experience in the last ten calendar years in the individual s field of study and specialization. In-depth knowledge of MS Teams, Session Border Controller, Cisco s CUCM Telephony Product line BE6K-7K series servers, and Avaya Voice Product Line. Two years of experience working on voice systems deployment teams. Three years of operations experience. Two years of experience in managing and deploying voice solutions in a VOIP and cloud-based environment. Experience on Cisco Call Manager versions 10 and above and Avaya Voice Product line.
Educational Requirements:
BS degree or 5 years of experience directly work with Cisco Collaboration tools in an enterprise environment.
Required Clearance: TS desired, will consider Secret with that ability to achieve TS.
Desired: CCT Routing & Switching, CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in engineering
