Sparks Group in partnership with a Medical Association, is searching for a Grants Administrator. As the Grants Administrator, you will be responsible for proposal development, grant administration and monitoring and grant reporting while working with a small team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor s degree, 5 years of grant administration experience with nonprofit organizations, is well organized and able to multitask. Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing and managing grant proposals, including research, budgeting, and calendar management.
- Review agreements, develop work plans, and monitor project activities.
- Ensure compliance with grant budgets and guidelines by tracking expenses.
- Track report due dates, manage the reporting calendar, and work with the Communication Team.
- Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Assist with general fundraising activities and identify new funding opportunities
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 4-6 years of grant administration, and management experience with nonprofit organizations, local /state and federal government.
- Experience with clinical grant proposals is preferred.
- Experience with federal grants is preferred.

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Hourly $28.00 to $31.00
