Job Overview
At All Saints Insurance, we are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage existing client accounts while contributing to the growth of new business. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client policy changes, inquiries, and claims efficiently
  • Provide tailored advice and insurance solutions to meet each client's unique needs
  • Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for cross-selling
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and agency growth
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and in person
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance customer service or account management
  • Licensed Property & Casualty Agent (Louisiana) or willing to become licensed within 30 days
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with insurance software NowCerts and CRM systems AgencyZoom
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
Compensation:
Base Pay + Commission and Bonus Opportunities
