- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for cross-selling
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and agency growth
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and in person
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance customer service or account management
- Licensed Property & Casualty Agent (Louisiana) or willing to become licensed within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance software NowCerts and CRM systems AgencyZoom
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
