Title: Systems Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, CA Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing End-User support tickets using BMC Track-It.
  • First-level ticket resolution and second-level ticket escalation when needed.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Experience installing computer hardware and software.
  • Supporting Board meetings as well as Executive Director meetings.
  • Perform IT related duties with POLA customers and IT staff.
  • Inventory management including salvage.
  • Other related End-User support tasks.

Requirements

  • Two to five years of working experience in roles such as Help Desk Systems Analyst or IT Support Specialist.
  • Experience and proficiency in the use and support of MS Office 365 applications, Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS, job scheduling software, and other tools for remote
  • support such as Microsoft Remote Desktop, Configuration Manager Remote Control, and Dameware.
  • Knowledge and working experience with computer imaging solutions.
  • Experience in using Help Desk Ticketing systems such as BMC Track-IT or ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Windows Active Directory.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills including problem ownership and root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
