Position Overview: The Senior Brand Manager will lead the brand marketing team, enhancing brand positioning, visibility, and market share through strategic campaigns and customer-centric initiatives. This role is a blend of strategic vision and hands-on management, ensuring cohesive, impactful brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team focused on lead generation, customer experience, and reputation management.

Brand Positioning: Shape and reinforce brand identity, collaborating with the National VP of Marketing to execute integrated campaigns, promotions, and programs that meet strategic objectives.

Campaign Development: Oversee the creation of digital, print, and retail assets, maintaining consistency across channels. Provide brand training and workshops to home office and division teams.

Performance Optimization: Track and analyze campaign metrics, using data to improve ROI and refine strategies.

Partnership Management: Build strategic partnerships with influencers and key organizations to strengthen brand reputation and expand reach. Foster strong relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure effective, timely execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with digital marketing and cross-functional teams to incorporate market and consumer insights into brand strategies.

Continuous Improvement: Conduct periodic reviews of brand activities, identify branding opportunities, and report actionable insights to senior management.

Industry Awareness: Stay updated on brand marketing trends and integrate best practices into ongoing strategies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred. 7+ years of experience in B2C brand marketing, ideally in relevant industries. Proven track record in brand marketing strategy, content development, and team management. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Asana.

Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry.
Proven expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
Demonstrable skills in leveraging Facebook Insights for brand growth.
Experience in developing and executing successful advertisement campaigns.
Strong background in brand marketing and campaign planning.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms for brand promotion.
Knowledge and experience in social media advertising and campaign planning.
Ability to create engaging social media content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Experience in branded content creation and copywriting.
Familiarity with investor relations in the real estate sector.
Previous experience working with media and digital agencies.
Ability to adhere to established brand guidelines in all communications and marketing materials.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
