Title: Client Service Guide

Job Description

The primary duties of this position involve supporting our clients in the use and troubleshooting of our inventory management software. This is a fast-paced job for people who enjoy solving problems and puzzles along with the gratification of helping others.

Specific duties would include:

Collaborating on questions and solutions internally
Providing surprisingly good customer service, listening well
Trouble-shooting and problem-solving
Learning, training and teaching clients on software use and best practices
Tracking activity via our ticketing system - Zoho Desk
Researching and providing the best solutions for our clients
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Nurturing positive relationships with our clients

We expect you to:

Develop a deep understanding of our products
Lead clients to solutions within the framework of defined support processes
Communicate clearly and concisely with clients, teammates, and coworkers
Offer insights that contribute to the growth of your team
Enjoy multi-tasking and team collaboration
Learn and apply basic Microsoft Office skills

Ideal candidates would also have one or more of the following:

Hospitality experience (Server, bartender, or other)
Experience with point-of-sale, inventory, or accounting systems
Problem-solving experience in a technology environment
Logistics or inventory experience
Accounting background
