We're seeking a talented marketing professional to join our team and lead our advisor recruiting initiatives.

Position Overview

We're looking for a marketing expert to oversee our advisor recruiting division. This role combines digital marketing expertise with strategic campaign management to drive qualified leads and appointments for our recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and email marketing to recruit new advisors
  • CRM Utilization: Utilize CRMs such as HighLevel or Keap to manage marketing funnels and follow-up processes
  • Lead Generation: Oversee the entire recruitment marketing process from lead generation to application, ensuring a steady flow of qualified appointments for our recruiters
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality appointments and successful conversions
  • Plan, track, and report on campaign metrics and ROI
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral for recruiting campaigns
  • Continuously test and improve campaign elements for better results

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong emphasis on Facebook advertising
  • Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns, including optimizing performance, sourcing images, crafting ad copy, and setting up campaigns in ad platforms
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HighLevel, Hubspot etc.)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • High-caliber, intelligent, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team
