About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial ERP (NetSuite) Integrations Manager to lead and oversee the integration of our NetSuite ERP system with various third-party applications and systems. This critical role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations to optimize business processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall system efficiency.
What You Will Do:
Integration Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive integration strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term goals.
Integration Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement robust integrations between NetSuite and other systems, including CRM, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and other financial applications.
- Utilize NetSuite's integration tools (SuiteScript, REST/SOAP APIs, etc.) to create efficient data flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data synchronization.
Integration Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system stability.
- Continuously monitor integration performance and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
Data Migration and Synchronization:
- Oversee data migration between systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement data synchronization processes to maintain data consistency across systems.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues promptly, minimizing system downtime and business disruption.
- Provide timely support to end-users and technical teams.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, regularly updating integration progress and addressing concerns.
What You Will Need:
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Integrations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite's architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.
- Expertise in integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data synchronization techniques.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (SuiteScript, JavaScript) and data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is located in the office at 7979 E Tufts Ave, Denver, CO 80237, with travel to Utah and Arizona.
