Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Customer Service-oriented Tech Support Specialist to join our team on a 30-day contract. This role requires someone who can provide exceptional support with a friendly demeanor, solve technical issues efficiently, and handle day-to-day tech needs onsite. If you have a background in customer service, are skilled in Microsoft products, and can help us transition smoothly to Windows 11, we d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Orientation: Deliver clear, friendly, and effective tech support to internal staff, prioritizing customer service in every interaction.
On-Site Tech Support: Handle daily tech needs, manage support calls, and use Microsoft products (local and cloud-based) with tools for remote assistance and screen sharing.
Issue Resolution: Provide assistance for various computer-related issues, particularly during our transition to Windows 11 from Windows 10.
Onboarding & Documentation: Support onboarding for new team members and create/update internal documentation as necessary.
Team Fit: Work effectively within our team. We value customer service and teamwork over technical skills, which can be taught.
Role Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, fully onsite.
Daily Workload: Expected to handle 15-20 tech-related issues per day, supporting internal operations.
Communication Skills: Must have strong phone skills and speak clearly when assisting users.
Contract Length: 30 days
