Synergy Staffing is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant/Analyst to join our client's team in Pittsburgh. This role is pivotal for ensuring effective configurations, implementations, and overall management of SAP EWM within an S/4 HANA environment. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) configuration and implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify solutions, and deliver SAP EWM best practices.
  • Integrate SAP EWM with S/4 HANA systems, ensuring seamless functionality and system optimization.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements and performance improvements.
  • Conduct system testing, documentation, and user training to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business processes, configurations, and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP EWM configurations, S/4 HANA integration, and implementation practices.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead projects or contribute effectively as part of a project team.
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
