We are seeking a skilled and innovative Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Digital Marketing to lead our online marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Lead online advertising efforts by managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Optimize ad spend based on performance metrics to achieve the best ROI.
Oversee the development and optimization of website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Work closely with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed, including keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO tactics.
Create and manage the company s social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all platforms.
Analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
Develop lead-generation strategies and manage the customer database for targeted campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Provide regular reports on KPIs, trends, and areas for improvement to senior management.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors as needed for campaign execution.
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Test and experiment with new digital tools and platforms to improve marketing effectiveness.
Traveling up to 20%

Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
Experience with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

90-Day Expectations:
Within the first 30 days, you will be expected to learn our full product list and understand how to use each product effectively. By the 60-day mark, KPIs will be provided to assess the success of your social media posting strategy. By 90 days, you will be evaluated on the success of your digital marketing efforts for both individual products and the overall product portfolio, including existing items and new product launches, based on specific KPIs provided.
Work Location: Onsite (Irving, TX)
