The Demand Generation Manager will develop, execute and measure cross-channel marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. This role will be responsible for implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns through a combination of marketing and sales automation technologies including Hubspot and Salesforce. The right candidate will combine grit, creativity, and strategic thinking, while being comfortable getting hands-on with the latest marketing technology and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute cross-channel demand generation programs to generate new leads, qualify and nurture existing contacts, and help generate sales-ready opportunities for Senseware
Prioritize and manage activities across channels, including email automation, content syndication, webinars, Pay-per-click and Pay-per lead, display advertising
Optimize and deploy content and messaging from the rest of the Marketing team across channels and into campaigns
Measure what matters: Analyze results at a granular level, provide visibility across the organization, and adjust strategies accordingly
Manage the day-to-day implementation of our Marketing Automation platform and other Marketing technologies
Create and manage project budgets and report on CAC and ROI
Proactively collaborate with sales, product and operations teams to ensure that lead generation goals are aligned across departments
Manage company website and work with the appropriate agencies and vendors to optimize for conversion and SEO
Contribute to content creation, review and publishing (collateral, marketing emails, newsletters, landing pages, videos, blogs, etc.)
Attributes of a Successful Candidate
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing cross-channel, digital-centric marketing campaigns, in a fast-growing company, preferably in enterprise software or B2B SaaS business
Data-driven, versatile marketer with demonstrated capability of running successful marketing programs that combine email, website optimization, SEO, social, and PPC channels
Experience using one or more leading Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo), in conjunction with Salesforce.com
Partner with content marketing, product, and sales to manage email nurture program
Experience with implementing and fine-tuning pay-per-click campaigns, including ad copy, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
Strong hands-on experience, proficiency and enthusiasm for analyzing campaign results, building reports, and manipulating data.
Strong project management skills, accustomed to working to a budget and within strict timelines
Eagerness to experiment with and learn new skills and technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The company is based outside of Washington, DC in Vienna, VA. This role is in-person or remote depending on the applicant's location.
