IT Asset Manager with ServiceNow

Requirements:

• 7 or more years of experience working as an ITAM Asset Manager.
• Strong understanding of Data governance and compliance.
• Proficiency in Workday Financials integration for asset and financial data alignment.
• Experience managing IT assets and their lifecycle through ServiceNow modules.
• Knowledgeable on software and hardware lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement through disposal and decommissioning.
• Optimize asset utilization and control costs across all departments.
• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow ITAM, ensuring accurate asset tracking and data integration.
• Collaborate with CMDB and configuration teams to align assets with configuration items.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and internal policies.
• Provide visibility into asset status, usage, and compliance through reporting and dashboards.
• Communicate asset management processes and support stakeholders with training and guidance.
