Local Store Marketing and Franchise Development
Join Our Sweet Team as an In-House Marketing Coordinator at Randy's Donuts!
Are you a marketing professional with experience in franchise development, local and national store marketing, and a love for donuts? Randy's Donuts, one of the most iconic names in the donut industry, is seeking a dynamic In-House Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our marketing initiatives designed to propel the growth of our expansive franchise network and local store marketing (LSM)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Work Model Available)
What You ll Do:
Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically designed to support our local store marketing and expand our franchise network.
Organic Content & Collaboration: Take charge of our social media platforms, creating engaging and strategic content tailored to attract our ideal franchisee candidates, capturing the essence of Randy s Donuts fun and inviting brand personality. Coordinate closely with our external marketing agencies, videographers, photographers and other vendors to ensure a seamless integration of social media efforts with broader PPC, SEO, TikTok, and PR campaigns.
Targeted Paid Marketing Initiatives: Lead targeted marketing efforts, including email campaigns, portal advertising, and targeted publications. Create and submit ads, and monitor the performance of these channels to engage prospective franchisees effectively.
Loyalty Program Initiatives: Create, manage, and monitor performance of loyalty programs and offers to existing loyalty customers and to attract new customers to join our loyalty program.
Local Marketing and Content Creation: Develop and implement local marketing strategies for both franchisee-operated and corporate-owned stores, ensuring brand consistency and relevance in various markets. Craft and oversee the production of content that resonates locally while maintaining our overarching brand identity.
Franchisee Support: Provide ongoing marketing support to franchisees, including new market introduction plans, store opening marketing plans, market training on brand guidelines, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing tools.
Event Coordination: Plan and manage marketing events and promotions, from local community events to large-scale brand activations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and franchisees to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives and drive collective growth.
Analyze and Report: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies to optimize future efforts.
What You ll Bring:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in franchise development and LSM within the food service or retail industries.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with an ability to adapt to new technologies.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience level (minimum $75k to ??)
