- Serve as the senior Executive Administrator for the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, within the US Army Reserve Command (USARC).
- Manage administrative program that consists of a variety of functions, including incoming/outgoing correspondence, records management, publications/forms management, administrative standard operating procedures, and records management.
- Advising on all civilian personnel administrative matters.
- Maintain all Directorate publications to include establishing administrative policies, standard operating procedures, and/or directives related to the operations of the Directorate.
- Review all correspondence for administrative and technical accuracy, and rewrites if necessary before it goes to the appropriate level for signature.
- Maintain the Director’s schedule, forecasting potential requirements, de-conflicting problems, and plan and project timeframes for historical recurring requirements.
- Responsible for the directorate's records manager, manages, oversees, directs, and evaluates the records program.
- Ensure accurate and accountable administrative records storage areas and records disposition or shipment to a records storage facility.
- Conduct studies, surveys, and interviews to gather information necessary to formulate policies, procedures, and strategies for the organization.
- Recommend action to management based on the results of studies, surveys, and individual interviews which impact the administrative operations of the Directorate.
