We are searching for a recruitment and lifestyle manager. This is a home based role.
The Grosvenor London Group provide onsite hospitality staff and life style service to UHNW individuals. We are unique in our commitment to delivering the highest quality service to every single one of our customers.
Recruitment manager responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the On-Call team, setting objectives and monitoring performance
- Provide effective leadership, motivation and guidance to the team, acting as a mentor and providing on-the-job coaching
- Review and improve candidate utilisation to maximise divisional profitability
- Support with placing staffs into the relevant roles by matching the client and candidate needs
- Build relationships with clients and ensure you record full details of their vacancies
- Ensure candidates and clients are kept up-to-date with progress throughout the process
- Develop and implement effective resourcing strategies and plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct candidate assessments and background checks to ensure the qualifications and suitability of applicants.
Lifestyle manager responsibilities include: The Lifestyle Manager will be responsible for managing requests and the below:Task will range from assisting with everyday tasks, such as restaurant reservations, chauffeurs and taxis, medicals and dental assistance, theatre tickets and hotel bookings, to accessing sold out events, sourcing limited edition items and organising once in a lifetime experiences.
Key Duties
- Providing excellent customer service to Members over the phone and in perso
- Conducting research and putting together proposals
- Liaising with suppliers on behalf of Members
- To cultivate a strong personal relationship with each individual Member
- To manage each Member's experience, ensuring high individual engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, retention and perception of value
- To ensure the Member receives a warm and highly-personalised introduction to brand
- To ensure that each individual Member's unique and changing lifestyle, needs and preferences are thoroughly understood
- Manage video editing staff
Key requirements and Skills & Attributes:
- Preferred background: Hospitality / Luxury brands / UHNW Individuals Servicing/ Business development manager/ Sales manager
- Understands HNW lifestyles, expectations, needs and preferences
- Able to anticipate client needs and deliver intuitive and highly personalised solutions
- Able to effectively manage requests from initiation to completion
- Able to prioritise work, meet deadlines, make decisions and communicate effectively under pressure
- Able to react and adapt quickly to new requirements and processes •
