Job Overview – Payroll Specialist – #33036

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the in-house payroll system, oversee payroll operations, handle payroll garnishments, prepare multiple site payroll, and payroll analyses. You will assist the Payroll Supervisor on various assignments, reports, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment
