About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Airtable Implementation Lead to lead and oversee the transition and effective implementation of Airtable as a key operational tool within our organization. This role demands expertise in Airtable configuration and transition management, and a strategic ability to collaborate across departments to drive impactful results.
- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Airtable (3–5 years) and proven experience in managing large-scale transitions, with the communication skills needed to engage stakeholders across all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with two Airtable project managers who are configuration experts, supporting them in establishing and refining the Airtable configuration roadmap.
- Directly configure Airtable to support project manager and meet deadline mand ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and operational efficiencies.
- Own the transition process end-to-end, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating training, resolving issues, and securing buy-in across departments.
- Facilitate training sessions and regular updates on Airtable best practices and functionality.
