Leads a high performing team of Franchise Partner Consultants. This leader is responsible for setting strong goals, providing coaching, guidance and the adequate training and tools to ensure all consultants are performing and achieving their goals with a high level of excellence. This role is also responsible for ensuring all stores under their leadership are operating and delivering consistently on our Brand Promise and fully executing on our 4 C’s: Customer Experience, Cleanliness, Cookie Quality and Cookie Availability.

Responsibilities
- Provides leadership for Franchise Partner Consultants by tracking goals, hosting weekly meetings, and conducting individual coaching and training
- Ensure accountability of all assigned OKRs for all the stores under their leadership, including profitability and operational success of franchise partners. This includes but it is not limited to creating strong plans, partnering across the organization as necessary and with other internal teams within Operations
- Provide relevant reporting and summaries of the highest opportunities to the levels above and create appropriate recommendations as necessary
- Advocates to ensure Franchise Partner Consultants are supported so that they can achieve the financial and operational success and goals given to them in alignment with the broader organizational goals
- Responsible for resolving Franchise Partner concerns by coaching the consultant to have difficult conversations and stepping in when necessary to ensure compliance and brand consistency
- Interview, hire, coach and develop the Franchise Partner Consultant Team, cultivating a culture of accountability and high performance
- Provide Director of Franchise Partner Consultants with regular status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on key initiatives and objectives
- Ensure system-wide uniformity, adoption and adaptation of Crumbl’s operational standards and procedures
- Achieve a high level of knowledge of the Crumbl day-to-day store operations with the expectation to be able to run a store on their own to demonstrate their Operational knowledge
- Read and attend all training to stay on-top of all new procedures, cookie quality, etc. as necessary
- Work at Crumbl stores to support Franchise Partners and stay on top of Operational mastery on a regular basis
- Extensive knowledge and experience of P&L management at a retail level, including strong knowledge of processes for cost controls, waste management, etc
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies for increasing customer visit frequency, customer loyalty and a premium brand status within the communities that Franchise Partners serve customers
- Experience with influencing and advocating for others with clear win-win outcomes
- Travel to assigned markets to train and develop franchise partner consultants
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or quantitative field
- MBA Preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Management experience in similar or related role leading a team
- Crumbl Franchise or similar operational knowledge strongly preferred
- Excellent and proven planning and execution skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication and decision-making skills; ability to balance strategy and execution of various activities
- Ability to adapt quickly and deliver results in a high velocity environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to easily and succinctly communicate the bottom line to all levels of the organization
- Proven record and ability to have crucial conversations with direct reports, Franchise Business Owners and others across the organization
- Demonstrated ability to create structure, give strong guidance, and prioritize both theirs and their direct reports work without having to be heavily coached by their leader
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work and thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Proficient in Google Drive, Intercom, Monday, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and any other programs utilized by Crumbl.
