  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We're seeking a talented UI Designer & Developer who can bridge the gap between design and development, taking projects from concept to launch. The ideal candidate combines creative design thinking with technical expertise to deliver sophisticated, user-centric websites that drive results for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Own the complete website creation process from UI/UX design through development and launch
  • Create sophisticated, conversion-focused designs that align with client brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Transform designs into pixel-perfect, accessible and performant websites/components
  • Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across long-term projects for our clients
  • Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible front-end solutions with clean, maintainable code
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team to ensure designs support SEO and digital marketing goals
  • Present and articulate design/development decisions to clients and internal stakeholder

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of UI/UX Design and Front-End Development experience creating sophisticated web experiences (agency experience preferred)
  • Expert knowledge of Sketch/Figma or similar modern design tools
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Strong command of PHP, JavaScript, SASS/SCSS & HTML5
  • Extensive WordPress experience, including custom theme and plugin development
  • Meticulous eye for detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect implementations across all devices
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to development
  • Portfolio demonstrating both creative excellence and technical execution

Nice To Have

  • Experience in Shopify/Liquid development
  • Proficiency with AI-powered development tools and workflows
  • Git proficiency and experience with modern development workflows
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO requirements and best practices
  • Experience in Core Web Vitals optimization and performance tuning

About Our Team

Location

This role is currently remote with bi-weekly, in-person team meetings. We plan to transition to a new permanent Charlotte location by late 2025, returning to a hybrid work environment.
