In this role, the Sr. Data Analyst will work directly with senior leadership on reporting outside of accounting functions for the firm. The long-term focus of this role will transition beyond just reporting into more analysis and data modeling over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis, operational metric planning, and formulaic compensation reporting.
- Analyze data for pricing proposals and billing rates.
- Support strategic pricing initiatives with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Participate in budgeting and profitability model development.
- Collaborate on financial tools, reporting processes, and best practices.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in professional services.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL or Excel Power Query;
- Aderant or Elite
- Big Square tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
