Position:

We are seeking a hands-on Director/VP of Marketing who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth across multiple channels, including B2B, B2B2C, content marketing, out-of-home and digital marketing. Your expertise in multicultural marketing will help us resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring our message reaches all those who need it.

You will also be responsible to develop and execute marketing strategies that position the Workers Benefit Fund as a thought leader at the intersection of gig work, immigrant workforces, and innovative healthcare solutions. Highlight the organization’s impact in both the healthcare and working family sectors, showcasing our commitment to creating sustainable, equitable benefits for underserved populations. This role will also ensure that our work is recognized as a model of forward-thinking in the evolving landscape of labor and health benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies for internal and external clients.
  • Multicultural Marketing: Develop and implement multicultural marketing strategies that effectively engage diverse audiences, ensuring our messaging resonates across critical demographics and cultural backgrounds.
  • Growth Marketing: Use a data-driven approach to identify opportunities for growth, optimize campaigns, and track performance metrics with a focus on user acquisition and engagement.
  • Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of engaging content and digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions across social media, email, SEO, and paid media channels.
  • B2B & B2C Marketing: Build and execute tailored marketing campaigns that address the unique needs of both internal and external business clients, with a focus on lead generation, user acquisition, engagement and direct response.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and collaborate as needed to foster creativity, innovation, and accountability. Develop clear KPIs to measure success and ensure the team delivers on marketing goals. Work closely with others to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and user behavior. Leverage insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment and appropriate allocation of resources across campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience with a strong track record in B2B, B2C and B2B2C.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with experience building and mentoring high-performance teams.
  • Hands-On Expertise: A leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute as well as strategize.
  • Growth-Oriented: Demonstrated success in driving significant growth through data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in marketing analytics tools with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Multicultural Marketing: Deep understanding of multicultural audiences and the ability to create campaigns that speak to diverse groups.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media.
  • Content Marketing: Experience in developing and managing content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Passion for Health & Wellness: A personal interest or background in the health and wellness industry is highly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, with a desire to grow alongside the company.
