Our client is an experienced and talented Business Intelligence Analyst to drive initiatives that align with their business goals, focusing on information delivery and data analytics projects that empower business users with actionable insights. This role involves ensuring data consistency and governance, maintaining high standards of data quality across the organization.

You will lead the development of solutions for a range of business intelligence, analytics, data visualization, and data warehousing/architecture projects, while also providing ongoing support for existing solutions.

Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of ERP systems and business operations, along with keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Gather, clean, analyze, visualize, and present data from various sources to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define requirements, assess data availability, and evaluate solution feasibility.
  • Develop solutions that provide the organization with timely and accurate information.
  • Design, analyze, and build reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence tools as needed.
  • Lead the creation of database tables, objects, assets, and cubes, following best practices and standard methodologies.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data.
  • Execute ad hoc requests using both legacy and next-generation tools.
  • Manage user access within legacy and next-generation tools.
  • Assist users with user acceptance testing.
  • Support team members in their daily use of data systems.
Experience and Mindset You Bring to the Table:
  • Proficiency with data integration tools and platforms.
  • Skilled in using SQL for data retrieval from databases or data warehouses and experienced with scripting in Python for data processing and modeling.
  • Proven experience in designing and building data platforms that support data lakes, data stores, data ingestion, transformations, and API services for data consumption.
  • Strong analytical abilities to extract, organize, analyze, and interpret data trends or patterns, with the capability to effectively communicate insights to leadership.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and SharePoint data structures for querying and data manipulation.
  • Expertise in Power BI and Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with maintaining, updating, and configuring software systems and ETL processes (e.g., Microsoft O365, SharePoint, web servers, APIs, sFTP).
  • Capability to deliver on time results with accuracy
  • A proactive approach to evaluating, troubleshooting, and implementing opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • A drive to go beyond the status quo, constantly seeking ways to add greater value.
