Location: Onsite 5 days per week the first month then will be remote 2 days per week

Orr client in Irving, Tx is seeking an energetic and skilled Implementation and Support Specialist to help their teams successfully implement and support their web-based Asset Management System (AMS). This position focuses on ensuring smooth adoption of AMS by PCs and their customers, facilitating efficient product management at customer sites. As a key member of the support team, you ll provide technical assistance, implementation guidance, and training to maximize AMS value and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with PC management to create and execute AMS implementation plans
• Deliver ongoing support and adoption guidance for AMS across PCs
• Provide technical assistance to customers, including personalized support or campaign/event planning as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by PCs and end-users, escalating to product teams as necessary
• Offer continuous consultation to PC management on AMS system improvements and strategies
• Gather user feedback to aid IT Product Owners in system development
• Contribute to IT management by helping formalize support processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, small-project management, and end-user training
• Proficiency in customer support and system administration
• Strong communication skills to engage with field users, product teams, and management
• Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience with support ticketing systems
• Prior experience selling technology solutions to management and end-users is a plus

Estimated Min Rate: $24.50
Estimated Max Rate: $32.00
