Job Description
Position Overview:
Does growth excite you? ? As a Sales Director, Live Events you will win new business with key prospects in your region across North America. The Sales Director is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and prospect recruitment objectives, representing our accesso products. Your natural ability to understand customer needs and challenges, as well as an eye for opportunity, will be vital in our efforts to expand our company's reach.
Location: This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US!
Working Hours: PST
Reports to: Director, Sales
Travel ?? Requirement: Less than 10%
What you'll be working on:
- Developing a pipeline for our accesso products within the Live Events vertical (Performing Arts Centers, Festivals, Fairs, Concerts, Sporting Events and more), including Ticketing, F&B/Retail, 3rd Party distribution, eCommerce and mobile apps
- Full cycle sales acumen from prospecting, cold contacting, presentations, deal closure, and farming
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Performs web-based product demonstrations
- Attending industry trade shows and conferences
What you bring to the role:
- Proven track record of delivering against $1M ARR quota
- 3+ years of sales experience within the Live Events Industry
- Experience demonstrating a technology platform using remote accesso tools such as Zoom or Microsoft teams.
- Must be a self-motivated and high energy individual.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to leverage strong analytical skills to drive measurable results.
