Job Description

We are currently seeking two Apartment Maintenance Technicians. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This is a great opportunity to join an existing team of 5+ technicians, a strong Maintenance Supervisor, and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders involving drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, and HVAC
  • Preparing vacated units for new tenants, including cleaning, painting, and making necessary repairs.
  • Implementing preventive maintenance measures (e.g., servicing HVAC units, checking plumbing).
  • Updating or upgrading apartment features as directed by management.
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Respond to emergency service requests and property disasters
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Several years experience in one of the following:
    • Apartment Maintenance (strongly preferred)
    • Facilities Maintenance
    • Hotel Maintenance
    • Multifamily Maintenance
    • Residential Construction
    • Painting and Drywall
    • Carpentry
    • Plumbing
    • Flooring installation
    • HVAC
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Must have reliable transportation and a smart phone
