1st shift - Direct Hire

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment, including horizontal form fill and seal machines, shrink wrap tunnels, forklifts, stretch wrappers, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and experience with multi-craft maintenance and repair.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment

* Document maintenance records and repairs

* Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues

* Use hand tools and measuring devices to diagnose and fix problems

* Comply with OSHA regulations and maintain a clean workspace

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of experience

* Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

* Mechanical aptitude and experience with multi-craft maintenance and repair

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and C.M.M.S. software

* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

* Strong customer service and communication skills

**Benefits:** Health insurance, paid time off

**Work Schedule:** 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime
