Purpose and key accountabilities of the position
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide FaMe shuttering solutions that meet their requirements.
- Attract and acquire new customers for Elematic for FaMe shuttering solutions.
- Promote and sell FaMe solutions to customers through effective communication, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FaMe solutions to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and grow FaMe sales, provide new leads to all Elematic solutions (incl. spare and wear parts, equipment, service etc.) within own region.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential improvements to products and services.
Position requirements (education, knowledge)
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or sales or related field
- Looking for candidates who have recently completed a bachelor's degree (within the last 1-2 years).
- Solid technical knowledge
- Solution sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluent English skills, fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of the precast industry is a major advantage, basics of concrete technology
- Experience in working in a multicultural environment
