Salary Range: $50k to $75k with benefits available

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technology Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our technology systems and solutions. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure our technology meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
  • System Implementation: Assist in the installation and configuration of new technology systems and applications, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into existing workflows.
  • User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on new technologies and software applications to enhance user proficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for technology processes, systems, and user manuals to support knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades as necessary.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with technology vendors to manage service contracts and ensure that systems are updated and compliant with industry standards.
  • Research & Development: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technology support role, preferably as a Technology Specialist or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small company environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
