Bezalu/Talk IT Pro is a small but growing managed service provider based in Farmington Hills Michigan. We are currently looking to add an experienced tech to our team to assist with escalations and on-boarding, but also help share knowledge with other team members to help them get to their next level.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support & Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center for several clients and assist in ensuring best practices.
  • Assist Level 1 technicians in all major aspects of MS365 Admin Portals, Exchange & Azure AD
  • Remote support for business clients with their computer issues as well as any VoIP phone issues or change requests for our hosted phone service.
  • Organize onboarding for new clients and migrate existing services from previous MSP.
  • Plan & Deploy new business networks utilizing Windows Server AD/Azure.
  • Learn & Train on software apps we offer as part of our service & security stack.
  • Schedule client-site service calls if required and log and document all work done.
  • Make emergency client-site service calls if required.
  • Create group policies for updates/patches/applications deployments.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for various systems.
  • Monitor and suggests process improvements for all tasks.
  • Work after hours/weekends is rare but occasionally required.

Qualifications:

Required

  • MTA: Microsoft Networking Fundamentals, Mobility and Device Fundamentals, etc.
  • Microsoft AZ-900, or MS-102 or higher (or willing to obtain certificate before starting)
  • Experience in basic networking (VPN, VLANs, NAT, Routing).
  • Azure AD Admin Experience
  • Previous experience in MS365 admin portal & Windows Server Domain Integrations.
  • 2+ Years experience in an I.T. related field.
  • Experience working with ConnectWise or a similar ticketing System.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well in a high-paced environment.

Not required but preferred

  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundations v3+ preferred
  • Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and/or Hyper-V.
  • CompTIA A+, N+, Security+, Server+, etc.
