Now Hiring Experienced Service Technicians!

Service Technician Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in the apartments

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Service technicians must regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas

Performs trash-outs and make-readies to ensure units are ready for future residents in a timely manner

Requirements Of A Service Technician

6 months maintenance or handyman/ related experience

Service technicians must have general knowledge of all aspects of general maintenance

Ability to prioritize projects

Works well independently

Self-motivated and time management skills
