Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance activities, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum plant performance. The idea candidate will have a strong emphasis on mechanics, piping, welding, and hydraulics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Perform troubleshooting, installation, routine maintenance, and repair of mechanical manufacturing equipment.
  • Responsible for reading and understanding mechanical and piping prints.
  • Demonstrate understanding of welding principles associated with stick, TIG, and MIG welding.
  • Responsible for hydraulic operations and equipment.
  • Possess project management skills.
  • Have a basic understanding of electrical to assist Maintenance Electrical Technician.
  • Technical degree or certification in related mechanical field preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience in maintenance operations
  • Expertise in mechanical, piping, welding, and hydraulics
