We are building a specialized cross-functional team to redesign Learning and Development training resources. The team will revamp virtual and computer based training (CBTs) for internship programs across Business and Technology job families. The individual designers will be responsible to work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create learning experiences.

Rate: $40 - $45 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
* Increase the effectiveness of learning solutions by identifying and recommending format/modalities that create an optimal learning experience and demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles
* Apply expertise in learning design, learning science, and learning measurement to an evaluation of learning offerings
* Clear communication of context and asks to a diverse range of stakeholders
* Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to change, shifting priorities
* Various Instructional Design and Development work supporting Line of Business projects and Learning & Development projects, as needed
* Creating a mix between e-learning and Instructor led training (ILT) (instructor led training)
Experience Requirements:
Skills:
* 2+ years eLearning design / development, including experience with Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, TechSmith Snagit
* Video production and/or animation skills
* Use multimedia tools to tell compelling, interactive, digital-first stories
Preferred Qualifications:
* 4 + years of experience in learning & development, learning design, learning science, or an adjacent field
* 2+ years Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sites, etc.)
* Adobe Photoshop
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
