This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.

Joining our team as a Salesforce Administrator you'll play a vital role at FCB. We are looking for a proactive individual that can work with the Salesforce team to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gather requirements and feedback, design scalable best practice solutions, and manage the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to our overall technology strategy and therefore the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, both Classic and Lightning experiences, and can understand and quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.

Responsibilities

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, security configurations, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, implement scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Data and duplicate management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Data ETL jobs using native Salesforce data tools (eg. Data Loader, Data import wizard) and external tools such as DemandTools
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Technical documentation
  • Working with integrated applications includingDocusign, Nintex/Drawloop, and Marketo

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Application Engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Application Engineering

Preferred Area of Experience: Financial Services Industry

Preferred Skills/Qualifications
  • Degree in computer science or related field with at least 5 years experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce configuration changes
  • SalesForce data tools- Data Loader, Data import Wizard
  • DemandTools
  • Experience working with source control systems such as Azure Dev Ops and/or Git
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum team environment

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $94,568 and $145,005. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
