  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Our client, a leading government technology service provider located in Washington D.C., needs a Senior DB2 DBA for a 6 month contract to hire. This resource will work remotely to help plan, install, configure, customize, and maintain multiple DB2 subsystems and related software in a multi-LPAR, multi-site environment. They will upgrade DB2 subsystems, ensure compatibility, and establish upgrade/fallback procedures. Additionally, they'll provide on-call support after hours for issue resolution or configuration changes.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient with IBM z/OS installation tools to include SMP/E, z/OSMF, PDO, etc.
  • 7+ years of professional experience as DB2 DBA
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or four years of additional experience
  • Experience in the implementation, maintenance and management of DB2 software and subsystems
  • Knowledge and experience in UNIX Systems Services under z/OS

  • Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SQL and SPUFI
  • Familiarity with z/OS Security product CA
  • Knowledge and experience with other IBM products such as CICS and Websphere
