About the Role
We're on the hunt for an experienced Prophet 21 (P21) Administrator who's ready to take the reins and help streamline ERP processes for our growing team. If you have hands-on experience managing, maintaining, and optimizing P21 systems, this could be a great fit for you. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our ERP solutions are running smoothly, supporting operational efficiency and end-user satisfaction.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage and maintain Prophet 21 ERP systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system performance and troubleshoot issues

  • Conduct system upgrades, patches, and backups as needed

  • Provide end-user support and training to maximize ERP utilization

  • Customize reports and dashboards for insights into business performance


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Prophet 21 Administrator or similar ERP-focused role

  • Strong knowledge of Prophet 21 ERP modules, workflows, and customizations

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration across departments
