Must Haves:
Oracle Fusion Applications
Oracle Financials, HCM, and EPM Modules GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Core HCM, Recruiting, Workforce Management, ARCS, Planning & Budgeting.
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Core Requirements:
- Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Applications, with a focus on designing, architecting, and configuring workflows for finance and HCM business functions.
- 5+ years of direct experience configuring Oracle Financial, HCM, and EPM modules (including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Core HCM, Recruiting, Workforce Management, ARCS, Planning & Budgeting).
- 3+ years as a Solution Architect for Oracle Fusion Finance and/or HCM applications.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality, integrated solutions that adhere to time and budget constraints.
- Experience with integration methodologies and tools, specifically Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Advanced knowledge of data loading mechanisms in Oracle for migration and consolidation purposes.
Preferred Skills:
- Methodologies & Best Practices:
- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and best practices for Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Certifications:
- Oracle Fusion certifications are preferred.
- Additional Knowledge:
- Awareness of competitive product offerings in the ERP and HCM space.
