Role Overview:
We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Infrastructure Expert to support our Identity Management systems, Active Directory, and SQL environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM infrastructure, with a deep understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, ADLDS, and other LDAP protocols. This position requires hands-on expertise in IAM architecture, design, disaster recovery planning, and best practice implementation within a regulated and security-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess the existing IAM environment, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to gather requirements, clarify project goals, and ensure IAM alignment with organizational needs.
Develop architecture plans for IAM infrastructure, including system integrations for secure access and single sign-on capabilities.
Lead project phases by facilitating team discussions, documenting requirements, and managing IAM project lifecycles.
Ensure system design adheres to organization security and compliance controls, with comprehensive documentation of system changes.
Develop, implement, and oversee disaster recovery plans for IAM systems.
Provide mentorship on IAM best practices and emerging trends, building team expertise and maintaining a trusted, secure infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience:
15+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management infrastructure, especially Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager.
Active Directory & LDAP Protocols: Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, ADLDS, EntraID, and RACF.
Directory Integration: Proven experience in integrating Directory Services to support single sign-on.

Microsoft Technology Proficiency:
SQL Server and IIS: Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and IIS on Windows Server 2019 or 2022.
Windows Server: Deep experience with Windows Server administration and maintenance.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in C#, .NET, PowerShell, and other scripting languages for automation and IAM infrastructure enhancements.
SailPoint IdentityNow: Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow is highly desirable.
Security Controls Knowledge: Familiarity with IBM Security Access Manager and RACF protocols.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust across departments.

Desired Skills:
Research & Market Awareness: Knowledge of emerging trends in IAM to recommend best practices for robust infrastructure design.
Documentation Skills: Ability to document system changes, enhancements, and security measures thoroughly and accurately.
