The Strategy and Transformation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of the organization’s strategic initiatives and transformation projects. This position involves conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform strategic decision-making and to drive continuous improvement across the organization. The Analyst work closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of various strategic initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities -

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track progress against strategic goals and transformation initiatives.

Research And Insights

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best practices and emerging trends relevant to the organization’s strategy.
  • Prepare presentations and reports summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.

Project Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders to foster understanding and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from cross-functional teams.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the organization.
  • Support the implementation of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.

Performance Tracking

  • Help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on performance outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy analysis, business analysis, management consulting, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is required.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
