We are looking for an Email/O365 administrator to help us administer, manage and improve on-prem and cloud-based email applications. This position will require someone with Email(Primarily)/O365 experience and they will be providing Tier 3 support for our Email/O365 environment. Primarily they will handle trouble tickets that come to my team and also document some of the procedures we do for O365.

Must Haves:

  • Diverse Candidates ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED
  • Experience with Migrating Exchange servers from on-prem data center to cloud (AWS preferable) Someone who has previously migrated O365 from Physical Data Center to AWS.
  • Collaborate with team members and other groups to resolve Tier2 and Tier3 support tickets for Email/O365.
  • Familiar with DMARC, SPF and DKIM terminology.
