WORK DESCRIPTION:

Austin Energy Green Building (AEGB) cultivates innovation in building for the enrichment of the community s environmental, economic, and human well-being through green building ratings, education, and energy code advancement. This position will support IT System integration, operational process improvements and automation for AEGB to effectively support Austin Energy strategic goals of customer experience and environmental excellence. Worker serves as a liaison between AEGB and Austin Energy Customer IT Teams in gathering requirements, understanding technology, documenting processes, and managing project.

Worker is responsible for reviewing and evaluating current AEGB business systems and user needs, formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies, developing business processes, identifying new applications of technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Worker will deliver a report with detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify software applications. The report will also outline current business processes and proposed business processes and reporting capabilities. Worker will coordinate implementation of technology solutions.

Required skills:

  • 4 years of experience with Manages projects that require a level of technical proficiency as well as coordination and administrative responsibility
  • 4 years of Experience with data migration and automation between Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  • 4 years of Skill in industry standard business process mapping and reengineering
  • 4 years of Experience with CRM Platforms like Salesforce, Constant Contact, SharePoint
  • 4 years of Experience in data quality assurance and report building
  • 4 years of Experience as a data analyst analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, etc.

Preferred skills:

  • 2 years of Project management experience with PMP certification
  • 3 years of Experience in financial analysis of solution options

TERM OF SERVICE (Required): insert approximate start and end dates

December 2024 through 09/30/2025

WORK HOURS AND LOCATION (Required): insert preferred work hours and work location for this Contract Position)

8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday with an hour lunch (may have flexibility).

Work Location is 4815 Mueller Blvd, Austin, TX 78723.

Remote work is acceptable.
