Position: Reporting Consultant/Analyst
Location: Onsite 3-4 days/week
Rate: Negotiable Based on Experience
Duration: 6+ month contract
Job Title: Consultant
Onsite Expectations: minimum of 3-4 days per week
Travel Expectations: limited out of region travel anticipated
Core Skills:Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook Microsoft SharePoint and Teams experience Zoom Video conferencing Microsoft Visio for BPMN flowcharting and diagraming Microsoft Project softwareAdvanced Skills: Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) embedded in Excel (required) Python language (desired) Microsoft PowerBI Reporting (desired)Consultant Duty Description: Responsible for representing St. Onge in oversight activities as assigned Workstream meeting management as assigned SharePoint/Teams/Project for the Web Risk Assessment Blocker Escalation Lifecycle chart production (schedule visualization) Roadmapping and other planning functions Development of project plans Milestone reporting Coaching / review of client team deliverables Meeting management Management of assigned work areas Development of reports and PowerPoint presentations Maintenance / enhancements of existing VBA code for reporting support Production of diagrams/charts/workflows in Visio as needed Review of submitted artifacts
