  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (2 days in office/week). Open to fully remote for exceptional candidates.

3-year contract with opportunity for extension or full-time conversion

Brooksource is searching for an SAP ISU (Industry Solutions for Utilities) Application Analyst to join our Fortune 500 Energy & Utilities client in Charlotte, NC.

As a member of the PNG SAP IT Support team, you will be tasked with bringing a strong background of SAP ISU experience to the team. The team s responsibilities are to work with vendors, including SAP and Accenture, and perform any other tasks to ensure the system performs 24x7 to meet business needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to query SAP & the Business Warehouse (BW) is also required for research and analysis. The desired candidate must have 5-7 years of SAP ISU experience in support and delivery of production systems.

This work entails:

Defect Analysis

Design

Testing of defects and system enhancements

Responding to tickets and day-to-day support activities.
