GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for partnering with a highly energetic and collaborative team of recruiters and business managers to support the entire recruiting process. You'll be instrumental in propelling the hiring process forward and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with internal recruiters to oversee the entire recruiting process, maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
Engage with candidates, recruiters, and business units to arrange virtual and onsite interviews.
Manage and monitor candidate pipelines within a web-based applicant tracking system.
Generate offer documents and facilitate communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process.
Assist in organizing large-scale recruiting events and overseeing seasonal internship programs.
Data entry of all onboarding, background check, drug screen, and new hire information within applicant tracking system.
Follow up with candidates to ensure the timely completion of pre-employment requirements.
Serves as main point of contact for candidates interested in employment and those in pre-employment steps.
Partner with IT to ensure equipment is ordered and received prior to the new hire start date.
Skills/Experience:
Previous internship or professional experience in a corporate setting.
Prior experience in recruiting or HR is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with familiarity with Outlook meeting requests, is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced team setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks.
Aptitude for both independent work and collaborative efforts.
